Spinning Class

Wow, sorry for how random and how late this post is. I mean, 11am, 11pm, same thing right? 

So last weekend, thanks to my company, I was able to take some free classes at a local gym in Portsmouth and I've always wanted to try spinning, so I gave it a go. It is quite the workout. My legs and butt felt like they were on fire the first 5 minutes, but after my muscles warmed up, the rest of the workout was better. My legs were pretty sore for the next couple days, and then when it finally started to heal by Tuesday, I decided to go again. Actually the second time I went, there were some guys so it was like "Diversity~~~". Anyway, I enjoyed the class and would go again!
