This was my second time doing a aerial/ropes course and I loved it! It was definitely a workout (my body told me very clearly the next day), but it was such an adrenaline rush. It was also a great bonding experience for my friends and I, and it really showed that trust we had for each other (or the harnesses that held us all up). I would definitely do it again, but I can't say the same for my friends haha.
